Tracy Helm

Tracy was born and raised in Prince George County and continues to call the community home. A 1997 graduate of Prince George High School, she’s watched all five of her children walk the same halls she once did, graduate from the same school, and grow up in the town that shaped her.

She began her career in transportation in 2004, where she earned top customer service awards and consistently exceeded productivity goals. In 2020, after the loss of both her father and her family’s longtime babysitter, Tracy shifted into the insurance field to be closer to home for her family. That change opened the door to a career she quickly became passionate about—helping others protect what matters most.

At her previous insurance employers, Tracy earned recognition as a top contributor in her region for her dedication to supporting both agents and members. Her work helped drive major sales growth, including doubling health care sales over prior years and contributing to her team’s strong statewide performance.

Now, at Heinz Insurance, Tracy has spent the past year and a half helping clients in Colonial Heights find affordable coverage tailored to their needs. She has built a reputation as a dependable, knowledgeable resource for both clients and coworkers. If there’s a question or a challenge, Tracy is the one people call.
