Art Heinz founded Heinz Insurance Group in 1992 and has been the driving force behind its evolution ever since. A proud Virginia native, he’s called Chesterfield home for more than 30 years and built the agency on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and forward momentum.
With a degree in Accounting from VCU and a sharp instinct for both people and opportunity, Art has transformed Heinz Insurance Group into a modern, tech-driven organization. His vision and commitment to progress have guided the agency’s investment in automation, AI, and cutting-edge systems that elevate both efficiency and client experience.
Outside the office, Art is most at home on the water. He’s an avid boater, a runner, and someone who believes life is best lived with equal parts purpose and passion.
