Born and raised in Virginia’s Tidewater area, Patricia “Tricia” Mason is a true people person who genuinely enjoys helping others whenever she can. She has spent more than 20 years working in administrative roles, building her career around helping others, providing dependable service, and making people feel welcome.
About four years ago, Tricia discovered another calling—insurance. She quickly realized the industry was a natural fit for her people-oriented personality and her desire to help others. Wanting to tap further into that calling is ultimately what led her to Heinz Insurance Group.
